Designer Spotlight, Heather Roberts

Heather brings her unique aesthetic to interior spaces through the use of bright, high gloss finishes, vibrant patterns and vintage, custom-designed pieces. Her interior design work has included homes throughout the country, and high-end commercial spaces such as Rachel Zoe’s new DreamDry salon in Atlanta. Heather’s custom furnishings and textile business, Ivy and Vine, focuses on curating and restoring classic vintage furnishings. Her interior design work has been featured in numerous national interior home design publications and style blogs.

Prior to interior design, Heather spent more than a decade in New York City, working as the Fashion Director for ELLE, JANE and Allure magazines. She resides in Atlanta with her husband, three children, a pug and a golden retriever. She is currently restoring a 1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer, a 1941 Frazier and Bodin home in Buckhead, and a cabin in the North Georgia Mountains.

Heather uses furniture by The Ellenburg Chair Company and incorporates art by Mary Elizabeth in her own home and other showcase homes. Heather and Mary Elizabeth have collaborated on a number of projects including Designer Showcase House, national publication and Merchandise Mart Designer exhibits to create original works of art that flow with the design of the space.
